OK. I agree with u. I run 5/6 times a week an hour and i also do lifting. I've lost since I started my diet around 25 kilos. Maybe lifting is more efficient, but not an isolate thing. I believe that diet + aerobic fitness + lifting is the best way to lose lard... more…

300 calories indeed but that is actually for me 140 calories over my basal metabolic rate. Think about it if we were so innefficient with our energy we would have died of starvation hunting and gatheringand as such never survived to this day. Why dont u try to run? For me is the best sport, and u can run in the streets also not only at gym... Its quite hard to start but after sometime u became addict... And half an hour runing will burn 300 calories...

milk and sugar, my biggest downfall...
Office work really does place a demand on your body for nice, sweet coffee with blu-top milk.
Nice equation though, and stay off the eggs at easter, try hiding some sweeta inside a lettuce instead :D

you're right it can be hard to guage exactly how much your eating, but to be honest i am not that stingy with my diet. I try and make sure i take on less than 2300 calories a day but estimate really.
Also these days almost every thing has its calorific value on the packaging, but tea and coffee are almost entirely calorie neutra more…

I've well and truely fell of the wagon too at the moment. its just a case of looking at it as a one off, set a date for another weekend where you can have fun.
